Boca Juniors Football School India brings young athletes a flexible and international online British education

Boca Juniors Football School India has teamed up with King’s InterHigh to bring talented young footballers a world-class, flexible, online British education in Bangalore. Thanks to online schooling, these budding sports stars can now balance their training with a quality academic education.

Ranked number one by the All India Football Federation, Boca Juniors Football School India (BJFSI) is the top training academy for young aspiring players across the country. As its name reveals, BJFSI is the only official Indian school of Club Atlético Boca Juniors — the most successful football team in Argentina.

Since 2013, BJFSI has set thousands of young athletes on a path to victory using the world-renowned training methods and beliefs that make Argentinian football renowned. Today, the school trains over 400 students per year between the age of 6 and 18, with grounds spanning 11 centres across South India.

While Boca Juniors Football School excels at sports training, students were still in a need of a high-quality education that could fit around their regimes. As BJFSI’s education partner, King’s InterHigh will now provide the school’s athletes with outstanding, tailored British schooling, all delivered online.

At King’s InterHigh, BJFSI students can follow the British curriculum for primary school, secondary school, IGCSEs, and A Levels from the comfort of India. Highly qualified and passionate teachers across the UK bring King’s InterHigh’s online classes to life using cutting-edge technologies and interactive learning methods. This provides learners with an engaging and effective educational experience that guides them to succeed in academics as well as sports.

Just as importantly, a King’s InterHigh education is also highly flexible. All lessons are recorded and stored in a digital student hub for viewing at any time, 24/7. This gives BJFSI athletes the freedom to fit their education around their intensive daily football training without sacrifice.

As the partnership begins, students at Boca Juniors Football School India are set to enjoy a dynamic and exciting way of learning that complements their future football careers. An international education from King’s InterHigh will equip these learners with the skills and knowledge to compete on the global stage, no matter where life takes them.

Mr. Sunanda Das, founder of BJFSI, is on a mission to transform aspiring footballers into top-tier professional players. Reflecting on his partnership with King’s InterHigh, he said: “A world-class education is a must for our young athletes, and it goes hand in hand with our international standard training regime. Our partnership with King’s InterHigh will provide the much-required flexibility to our athletes and also varied subject options in pursuing an international standard education. Starting in 2005, King’s InterHigh was visionary in setting up and delivering online education in a digital environment. I’m sure our athletes will immensely benefit from this association.

Mr. Gareth Lucas-Howells, King’s InterHigh’s Head of Education Partnerships commented: “We are delighted to work with Boca Juniors Football School India to enable aspiring football athletes to have a world-class education that is accessible and flexible. It will revolutionise their football training experience as it offers the flexibility that many athletes need in order to juggle their intensive football career. We are also excited to work with Mr. Sunanda Das, a true visionary who is passionate about the place of international education in the world of football.
