Welcome to the King's InterHigh exam centre

Our private exam centre offers bespoke facilities to cater for a range of students.

King’s InterHigh exam centres offer a peaceful, stress-free environment to take your exams. Our friendly and experienced staff can guide you through each step of the exam process from making exam entries and applying for access arrangements to preparing for exam day and collecting your results. We are registered and approved with all the major exam boards (AQA, Edexcel, OCR, WJEC and Cambridge International), and can offer IGCSE, GCSE, AS and A Levels in a wide range of subjects, including Modern Foreign Languages. Our exam rooms are smaller than a typical exam hall, and we can also offer ‘quiet’ rooms, seating no more than 8 candidates.

Smaller rooms

Our quiet rooms with fewer candidates are perfect for students who want a personal and private setting.

Access arrangements

We welcome students with access arrangements and aim to meet the needs of each individual prior to the examination.

Resits

We offer advice on exam re-sits and provide opportunities for students to sit exams in January as well as May and June.

Exam Registration

Registration for the June 2024 Series is open for online exams (Edexcel IGCSE’s only).

We have now reached maximum capacity for the King’s InterHigh exam centre in Abergavenny Wales, however, after all of the final exam timetables are published in late October, we can re-evaluate accommodations, and aim to offer exams to as many students as we possibly can.

PLEASE NOTE: You must be a King’s InterHigh student to complete the registration form.
